Am I covered and are you insured?

Yes, and we strongly encourage others to hire only companies or individuals that carry insurance. Otherwise, if the person you invite into your home makes a mistake, you will be the one to pay for it. We are fully bonded and insured. If you would like a copy of the certificate, please let us know.

How much do you charge for cleaning services?

Our pricing depends on several factors like the size of your home, requested service, specific cleaning requirements and the frequency your home has been previously cleaned and will be cleaned with us. Find out with a personalized quote

What services are included in your standard cleaning package?

We offer three options for our cleaning. A One-time or Deep cleaning where we solely focus on thoroughly scrubbing down the home since it will generally be empty for this type of service. We include the interior of the stove and refrigerator if they are empty at the time of cleaning. The second type is a Recurring clean. Here we start out with an Initial deep clean similar to above; the refrigerator and stove are optional addons. From there, we proceed with our Maintenance cleaning which is offered every week, two weeks or monthly. The Maintenance cleaning covers standard dusting, vacuuming and a deep clean of both kitchen and bathroom(s). 

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies?

Yes, we bring our own high-quality cleaning supplies and equipment.

Are your supplies Eco-friendly or "Green"?

We offer both standard and EPA Safer Choice cleaning products. If you have specific restrictions please let us know we will do our best to accommodate.

How long does a typical cleaning session take?

The duration depends on the size and how frequently your home is cleaned; we'll provide an estimate upon assessment.

Do you offer one-time or recurring cleaning services?

We provide both one-time and recurring cleaning services to accommodate your needs.

What is your cancellation policy?

We require a minimum 48 hour notice for cancellations.

Are your cleaners background checked and insured?

Yes, all of our cleaners undergo background checks, and we have insurance coverage and a bond for added peace of mind. We will gladly provide you a copy if requested.

Can I customize my cleaning service to focus on specific areas?

Absolutely, we not only offer personalized options, we encourage customers to provide a list of "pet peeves" that we can specifically focus on during each visit. If you have a special request, these are handled outside of the normal cleaning at a flat hourly rate.

How do I schedule a cleaning appointment?

We prefer a more personal approach when working with you. Unlike our competition we would like you to either text or call us directly. This way we can get to know you and lock in your appointment and price quickly. If you would like a quote and don't want to talk over the phone, just fill out a form to save time. 

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

It's not necessary; you can provide access or instructions for entry on cleaning days, but honestly feel free. If you want to watch us work go ahead.

Do you clean carpets and upholstery?

No, we do not offer additional services for carpet and upholstery cleaning at this time.

What happens if something gets damaged during the cleaning?

We have a transparent process for handling damages, including insurance coverage.

Are there any hidden fees in your pricing?

Our pricing is transparent; there are no hidden fees, and any additional charges are communicated upfront.

Can I provide my own cleaning products?

Absolutely, we can discuss specific arrangements based on your preferences.

How far in advance do I need to schedule a cleaning session?

It's recommended to schedule at least two weeks in advance, but we can accommodate urgent requests when possible.

Do you offer satisfaction guarantees?

Yes, we have a 100% satisfaction guarantee policy, and we address any concerns promptly.

Can I request the same cleaner for each session?

We aim to provide consistency, and if you prefer the same cleaner, we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
